Responsibilities of the FHCA (Fox Hill Community Association)

The FHCA Board includes representatives from each Phase of the community

The FHCA maintains the:

• Roads
• Sidewalks (including handrails)
• Snow removal
• Pools
• Tennis/Pickleball courts
• Clubhouse

Responsibilities of each Phase

Each Phase is responsible for maintaining:

• Building structures,
• Landscaping of phase common areas
• Garbage removal
• Water & Sewer
• Fences (Phase I), Patios and Decks

Each Phase has its own Board of Managers and Management Company

Phases I, II, and III are managed by Associa, New York – 845-473-3711

Phases IV, V and VI are managed by Town & Country Property Management – 845-462-2270

Responsibilities of Residents

All residents must:

• Abide by the by-laws, rules, and regulations of both their Phase and the FHCA.
• Make sure that the management companies for your Phase and the FHCA have the best contact information for you and your tenants.
• Report all issues to your Phase Management Company
